Welcome to Berry Bridge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Berry Bridge website and platform (berrybridge.in, the "Platform"), operated by Berry Bridge ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Berry Bridge Is

Berry Bridge is a marketplace connecting buyers seeking F&B and interiors-related services (buyers) with businesses that provide those services (businesses). We do not provide the underlying services ourselves — we operate the platform that connects buyers and businesses, and we are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between them.

2. Buyers

Buyers may browse listings and submit a request for a quote without creating an account. When you submit a request, you provide your name, phone number, and optionally a description of what you need. This information is shared directly with the specific business you contacted, so that business can reach out to you. We do not verify buyer phone numbers at this time.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit requests that are false, abusive, or intended to harass a business.

3. Businesses

To list services on Berry Bridge, a business must register, complete onboarding, and subscribe to a paid plan. Plans are billed through Razorpay on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup. Lead quotas (where applicable to a plan) reset on a monthly cycle regardless of whether billing is monthly or annual.

Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and the quality of services they deliver to buyers who contact them through the Platform. Berry Bridge does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed service.

3.1 Listing approval

All listings are reviewed before appearing publicly. We may approve, reject, hide, or remove any listing or category at our discretion, including listings that violate these Terms or that we determine to be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.

4. Fees and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance via Razorpay, in accordance with the plan selected.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Businesses may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features continues until that date.
• We may change our pricing with notice; continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for the next billing cycle.
• A failed or lapsed payment may result in suspension of a business's listings until payment is resolved.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or lead requests
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security, rate limits, or verification mechanisms
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Platform without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or business
• Use buyer contact information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to responding to that buyer's specific request

6. Content

Businesses retain ownership of the content (text, photos, descriptions) they submit for their listings, but grant us a license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform, or the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by businesses listed on it. Any transaction or agreement a buyer enters into with a business is strictly between the buyer and that business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berry Bridge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform, any transaction with a business or buyer, or any content submitted by users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in good faith, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
